Meet our Therapists
Amber Vega
Owner, Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, Reiki & Intuitive Healer
I have been doing massage for over 5 years now. What I have learned about massage is that it can be about more than just working out knotty muscles. Massage can do more than just release physical pain. Massage can be a time to relax your energy as well. Your time on the table can be a break away from all the distractions, the stresses of balancing work and family and keeping up with everyone’s schedules, and the bombardment of constant outside stimulus. Massage can be time to refuel your spiritual and mental needs, pouring into your own cup for once instead of always pouring out all you have for other people’s needs. I approach you and my massage table with a calm, steady pace to keep you in a state of flow, keeping your nervous system, therefore your physical and energetic bodies in a state of restoration. Massage is healing not only on the outside, but from the inside out!
It is important during these high-anxiety times to take care of yourself and allow time for your body to be able to heal itself and to take breaks from the stresses that weaken your immune system. Do things to nurture yourself and reduce stress. Step away from constant fear and draw closer to the things that make you feel more purposeful.
Namaste,
Amber

Miranda Snyder
Massage Therapist, Cupping, Kinesiotaping
All of my clients know that I love working on muscles and releasing tension. That has always been what my focus has been on and what I deemed most important. But, being forced to stay away from people for almost 2 months made me realize just how important the other half of my career is: the social/emotional aspect.
Many people get a massage because they crave touch that they're missing in their everyday lives, they want human interaction, and/or they want to relax and feel at ease while on my table.
This "pause" made me realize how much I equally love being the other kind of "therapist" for some of you (and how incredibly important it is!). And I am so lucky that many of you are therapists right back for me.
So let's continue the friendships, the connecting/reconnecting, communicating, serious conversations, laughing, or just enjoying the silence. Especially now, because our mental health is just as, if not more, important as our physical health.
I have some of the best, most loyal clients. And I appreciate the heck out of each and everyone of you. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I know you all come to me because I help you, but just know you all help me, too.
Love,
Miranda
